The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city with easy access to nearby casinos and scenic areas. the interior is luxurious and comfortable with spacious bedrooms and relaxing swimming pools. the staff provides excellent service, making guests feel like VIPs. the hotel also offers delicious breakfast and famous restaurants near the area.
The casino's minimum bets for some games might not be affordable for budget-conscious travellers.

The rooms were spacious, the staff friendly, Jesse from Taiwan was most helpful, the front desk staff excellent, the location was accessible and within walking distance to other casinos.

We spent our Thanksgiving at a luxurious hotel in Asia and it was fantastic! We were offered complimentary breakfast and shuttle service to the nearby attractions which made our stay even better. The hotel's location was ideal, being close to shopping centers and restaurants. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. We also enjoyed the beautiful decorations in the hotel's lobby that added to the overall ambiance.
We did have one negative experience. The ATM seemed to be malfunctioning and my card got stuck in the slot.

We were impressed with the service at Wynn. When we arrived in the pouring rain, the staff at the front desk warmly offered us an umbrella, even though we weren't staying at the hotel. Their kindness and willingness to help made us feel welcome and taken care of. The spacious rooms and high-tech amenities were a definite plus, and the buffet breakfast at Cafe Esplanade was of excellent quality. we highly recommend this hotel for its really good service and luxurious accommodations.

Excellent service, great dining options, and family-friendly activities were the best aspects of my recent city break hotel experience. Our room had a stunning view, and the housekeeping and check-in/out service was fast and friendly. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions.
The hotel failed to accommodate an emergency situation properly, leaving a family member without medical treatment for 14 hours. This was a terrible experience that dampened the overall enjoyment of our stay.

We were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the variety of facilities available. The hotel's location, situated in the heart of the casino area, was convenient for us as we could easily explore the city center and Cotia island.
